Is Buxvertise a Scam? My Honest Experience

buxvertise honest review

Looking for an honest Buxvertise review? Here we go! Relying on other people’s websites to make money online can become a frustrating experience. You can quickly lose money, time, patience, and hope together!

I have found another website with high frustrating potential called BuxVertise, where you can make money by viewing ads or by referring people to it. But is BuxVertise a scam? That’s what you will find out from my review.

Before giving you the details, it is essential to highlight that paid-to-click (PTC) websites are well-known for their low-income potential and for being highly unstable. So, don’t waste your time and go straight to my number one suggestion if you want to make a steady and substantial amount of money from home.

BuxVertise Review

Score: 5 out of 10.

What is BuxVertise?

BuxVertise is a paid-to-click platform like Neobux, Clixten, TrafficMonson, SuccessBux, and many others. It was launched in 2014 by Drew and Jesse, who are also the owners of Traffic Return.

A PTC is mainly a platform that sells advertising space and rewards members for viewing the ads. The majority of people clicking on ads are only interested in making money in the process. Therefore, 99% of the advertising targets other PTC websites and other methods to make money online.

There are other ways to make money, such as contests, accepting offers, taking surveys, and other simple tasks.

Is BuxVertise a Scam?

No, BuxVertise is legitimate for the time being. However, if you rent referrals and upgrade your membership, you can lose money because you rely heavily on luck, as I will explain later. Besides, we cannot ignore the possibility of the website stopping paying, as many other platforms have done in the past.

Why? Well, when those platforms don’t earn enough from external advertising, they start paying from their own pockets to advertise their affiliate links. By doing so, they run into financial trouble and decide to disappear without a trace. That’s the main reason, but there are also issues with payment processors, among other problems.

Advantages and disadvantages

Pros

Cons

How does it work?

After a simple sign-up and email confirmation, you will be taken to the main dashboard.

Memberships

It is important to know from the beginning that there are 3 membership types:

You are encouraged to upgrade to increase your earning potential. The Buxer and Eternity memberships allow you to earn more per click, earn more per referral click, and acquire more referrals, among other benefits. In my opinion, it is only worth it if you have a high-traffic website promoting BuxVertise and many active referrals. Otherwise, the risk of losing money is significant.

Viewing Ads—How Long Does it Take to Earn $1?

The “View Ads” page lists all the available ads for the day. All you have to do is click on it, wait for the timer, and finally click on the required image (normally the upside-down one).

If you are a free member, the payout ranges from $0.0001 to $0.0011 per ad. If you have a Buxer membership, you will get 150% of the click value, and if you have an Eternity membership, it will increase to 200% of the click value. According to your membership type, you will also earn 0.1 bonus points for each ad, which you can exchange for money.

Considering you have to wait for around 10 seconds to earn 0.0005 per ad, as a free member, it takes over 5 hours to earn just $1. That’s why you are encouraged to upgrade your membership and refer other people from the start.

Making Money With Referrals

Referrals are people who join BuxVertise through your referral link. When they click on this specific link containing your ID and sign up, you will earn commissions for every ad or dollar they spend on the platform.

For example, as a free member, you will earn 50% of what your referral earns in ads. As for Buxer and Eternity members, it increases to 100% and 200%, respectively. You will also earn $0.50 when your referrals upgrade and 2%-5% commission when they buy something.

The most effective way to promote this link is through your own website or blog. You can also advertise your link on another PTC platform, but I don’t recommend this method as you can end up wasting money on a bunch of inactive referrals.

It is important to highlight that you can only make money with referrals if you view at least 6 ads per day.

Renting Referrals: Is it a Wise Investment?

Making money with referrals is not that easy if you don’t have a website. Therefore, most platforms allow you to rent referrals. Here is the BuxVertise price list for referral renting:

Autopay price list.

The referrals are yours for a maximum of 42 days. After that, you can renew (recycle) them for $0.06 (member) or $0.07 (Buxer and Eternity) each. If your referral doesn’t click on a single ad, the Auto Recycle feature will replace them within the first 10–14 days (depending on your membership).

As you can see, you need hundreds or thousands of referrals to earn a few dollars per day. Not only that, they need to be very motivated to click on a daily basis. That’s the biggest problem! Would you be motivated enough for just 1 or 2 cents a day? You are not alone… You will have rented thousands of referrals only to have a handful of loyal people that will certainly give up after some time.

Aha! Another problem means another business opportunity for the owner!

The AutoPay feature renews only active referrals in your downline for $0.0045 per referral per day. Only referrals that are clicked on a daily basis are considered active, no matter the number of clicks. Consequently, if someone is clicking on fewer than 5 ads per day, you have a loss! I think it’s a bad idea to turn the autopay on because you can reduce profits considerably.

So, is renting referrals a wise investment?

In my opinion, no. I met some people who have lost a lot of money on inactive referrals because they thought the more they rented, the more they would earn. Most people don’t stick with PTC websites for more than a week. Chances are, the more you rent, the more you will lose.

Bots? Another Risk…

Ah, not to mention that PTC websites may use fake referrals (bots) to make bigger profits. Unfortunately, dishonesty is the norm when it comes to “make money online” platforms. We never know what we are really paying for.

Other Methods of Earning with BuxVertise

View at least 15 ads per day to have a chance to win the daily prize, which is usually a bit over 1000 points.

Spin the wheel once a day (for free) and earn points, deposit bonuses, and a $5 prize in your purchase balance.

Bux’s Wheel

You can earn money according to the number of clicks you get on your banner or icon URL. For instance, 1000 clicks will earn you $2. Again, having a website with many daily visitors will probably help you with that.

BuxGrid: Here you have 25 chances per day to win up to $3. You have to click anywhere on the grid and view the ad to qualify. The vast majority will earn you zero. Nada! This is certainly a waste of time.

Offers, surveys, and the like: The other opportunity has nothing to do with ads. You can earn points by completing offers, taking online surveys, working on micro jobs (CrowdFlower), watching videos, downloading apps, among others. Even though you can make more money, these activities are also time-consuming and offer a very low payout.

Bottom Line

BuxVertise has a good reputation, and like many other PTC websites, it’s not a scam. However, making decent money is highly unlikely unless you refer people like crazy through a successful website. I just recommend upgrading your membership if you have hordes of active direct referrals.

In my honest opinion, renting referrals is a waste of money. Many people will tell you about an awesome strategy, but the reality is that many of them just want to entice you to sign up through their affiliate link. If their strategy was so amazing, they would never give it away for free!

Verdict: BuxVertise is Legit

My #1 Recommendation for Making Money Online

A website has the potential to lead or refer hundreds of thousands of people to a specific product or platform. By doing that, you are using the principle of affiliate marketing, whereby you earn commissions for successfully promoting other people’s products and services.

A website is a real business that is open 24/7 to people all over the world. The potential is huge, and you can realistically make a living off of affiliate commissions if you have patience and work hard on it.

Affiliate marketing is definitely one of the most efficient and convenient methods of making money online. If you want to build your own website, I highly recommend following the free step-by-step training offered by Wealthy Affiliate. By the end of the course, you will have a free website and have invaluable knowledge on how to scale your online business to achieve a full-time income. It takes time, but I have seen repeatedly that those who follow the course to the dot and take heavy action always succeed!
